Sunday to Sunday rental, $3,600/week, 11 people. 2,700 sq. ft. air-conditioned home, 120’ of beach front. One bedroom queen bed w/bath (main floor), loft bedroom king bed w/bath, lower level double bed, twin bed & two queen futons w/bath. Lovely sun rise views from each level. Fireplace, T.V., DVD, laundry, lawn chairs & gas grill. Spacious deck right off living room and kitchen. Fire pit close to the lake. Dock and mooring buoy, sandy lake bottom. Interior description: cathedral ceiling in living room/kitchen area, wood flooring & carpeting, pine paneled lower level.
Rules
and criteria that apply to each rental home:
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Need to provide your own towels and linens.
- Rates quoted do not include 6% use tax.
- 1/2 of total weekly rent due upon reserving a home.
- Balance of rental including 6% tax due upon arrival.
- Cancellation policy: deposits are refunded if home is re-rented.
- Personal checks or money orders accepted - made out to Pam DePuy (P. O. Box 284, Glen Arbor, MI 49636).
- No credit cards.
- $250 security deposit/week required along with half of weekly rental amount when securing initial reservation.
